I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the location was perfect for me. Being close to the city centre meant I could easily explore all that Dilijan has to offer. Plus, the hotel's proximity to a stream made for a peaceful and relaxing setting. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a big garden where I could unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious too!

Located in a bustling area, this welcoming hotel is owned by a family who takes care of everything. the sound of a stream adds serenity and charm to the central location. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the friendly staff serves a delicious breakfast with local specialties such as fresh fruit and yogurt. the hotel offers practical facilities such as free Wi-Fi and a cozy lounge area with a fireplace.

Some noise pollution from the outside can be heard in some rooms.

I must mention the cook who prepared the best hot fries I've ever tasted, along with other mouthwatering meals. The level of hospitality extended to their sister hotel in Yerevan, Aviatrans, which was also comfortable and conveniently located near the city center. I highly recommend Ariana Family Hotel for a delightful and memorable stay.

There wasn't anything I didn't like during my stay at Ariana Family Hotel.

The hotel had an excellent location: beautiful gardens, a peaceful creek and great views from the balconies. The staff was lovely and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious, with homemade jams and a varied menu to order dinner. The family room was comfortable and clean.

There were a few negatives. The shower in the room leaked onto the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient.
